“Pure Professionalism” This is without question the best bike shop around. I bought a road bike at the shop in Concord recently and I'm delighted. The owner Husam is a pure professional who is dedicated to helping each customer attain his maximum enjoyment from the sport. His encylopedic knowledge of cycling and biomechanics is matched only by his commitment to customer service. He worked closely with me before the sale to custom fit a bike to my measurements. Tellingly, he worked with me after the sale as well to make fine adjustments to bring out greater performance from my rides. I've gained 4mph over last season and have gained immeasurably in my enjoyment. The professionalism and class extend from Husam to every employee at ATA cycle. You have many choices for a bike shop around Boston, but if you want to grow as a cyclist, you have only one choice. The most knowledgeable and dedicated staff. Only the best products in each price range. Full review...

“Best bike shop in New England” I have been cycling for over 40 years and ride/race over 250 miles/week. On one of my rides I happened by ATA and entered bike heaven. THE best selection of quality bikes with a knowledgeable/ friendly staff. Husam suggested that I might get more power if he tweaked my fitting. After spending over 90 minutes doing a comprehensive fitting (computer, laser... all the stuff) he set my bike up and I rode away. As promised, I could tell a huge difference in my power. The bikes you drowl over in Velonews? He's got'em. So..great bikes, great staff and great support what more could you ask? Oh, one more thing... they don't look at you funny when you ask them to repair your Campy stuff...they actually carry the parts! If you haven't been to this shop you owe it to yourself to stop by and enjoy the best bike shop in New England. Full review...

“Best & Most Honest Bike Shop
I've ever known”
I never saw this place until I joined the tri club headquartered here, despite the fact that they had come highly recommended. From the moment I walked in, I was very impressed. I was greeted with a genuine smile and offer of help. People and bikes, in and out, in a continuous stream, yet the display area is gorgeous, and everyone is treated wonderfully. They obviously take pride in the store. Full review...

“The staff is friendly and very helpful” How many pro bike shops would you be willing to drive 350 miles round trip in one day? ATA Cycles (ATA) is the best pro bike shop I have done business with in the past 20 years. Husam Sahin, owner of ATA, is an accomplished cyclist, who only cares about one thing...accomplishing whatever goals and objectives his clients set out for him. Husam constantly searches out for the cutting edge in technology, understands the importance of due diligence, and always seeks to bring the best the cycling industry has to offer his clients...this is truy invaluable given that the average cyclist does not have the time to fly to Europe looking for the cutting edge in technology. When you call ATA, you are greeted by Husam, Kate, Robin and John...the staff is friendly and very helpful. Husam works tirelessly from the early morning hours to satisfy his clients...he opened the doors for me before hours since I drove 175 miles from Connecticut. I will be a loyal client for many years to come. Thanks. Full review...

“Great bike, a great fit by
Husam himself and a great price”
I have had a terrific experience at ATA in Concord. Husam put me on a bike that I am totally happy with; a Wilier La Roi. He also took a lot of time, used his extensive array of fitting technology and his own comprehensive knowledge to make sure I got a perfect fit. Before working with Husam, I bought my first real bike from a very reputable independent dealer in the Metro New York area and did not think it was possible to enjoy riding even more. But, the bike and the expert fit I got from Husam have made a tremendous difference. I am totally addicted and wish I could spend all day everyday on the Wilier. Full review...

“Great Shop (especially Tri bikes)” ATA Cycle is not your “typical” bike shop. When you walk through the door, you can immediately see how seriously they take cycling. High-end cranks and stems are displayed in glass cases like they were pieces of jewelry. I bought a triathlon bike from ATA and dealt mainly with the owner, Husam. It was an all-around great experience. This was the first bike I have bought that I have been fitted for, and I am completely sold on how important this fitting is, especially for triathlon bikes. The first fitting involves getting measurements of your body, then translating those into the specific frame geometry that you need. Husam then showed me the frame that best fit my specific body measurements. This is a huge concept… taking my measurements and finding the bike that fits me, as opposed to finding a bike and then trying to fit me to the bike. It is an amazing feeling to be pedaling a bike, have Husam make two small adjustments in the seat height and seat tube angle, and immediately be putting out 60 more watts. Once the right frame is selected, the guys and gals at ATA then construct your frame themselves (an 8 hour process) by selecting the right wheels, brakes, and components for your specific goals. My purchase at ATA was a pleasurable process and I can't wait until I can justify buying a new road bike from them as well. Pros: Beautiful bikes. Great staff. Ride faster than you ever have. Cons: High quality is high price, but worth it. Full review...

“The best bikes, the best fit, at all price levels” My wife and I have both purchased road bikes from ATA Cycle in the last two years. We feel extremely fortunate to have met Husam Sahin and the rest of the staff in the Concord store. My wife and I are often asked "What is the best bike to buy?" Our answer is always: the best bike is the one that fits properly, regardless of price. In our experience, ATA is the best store to get the best bike. After purchasing road bikes and working with fitters at another leading metro Boston store for many years, we thought that we were riding the right bikes. In his own quiet manner, Husam showed us what was wrong: wrong crank lengths, wrong frame geometries, wrong saddle position, wrong frame stiffness. It was a bit of a shock to have this kind of judgement passed on bikes that we had ridden for many miles. But after researching ATA and learning more about Husam, we decided to give him a try. While other bike stores now have some of the fitting technology that ATA utilizes, the advantage to us was Husam's judgement and experience. Husam's philosophy is to match riders to stock frames which have the appropriate geometry and performance characteristics. Working with Husam to get our bikes fit was a great experience. ATA carries a variety of manufacturers which allowed them to find the right bikes for our budget. In my wife's case, she purchased a very high-end, expensive bike. I purchased one that was much cheaper ( two-thirds of the price). But both are great bikes and the difference in feel, comfort and performance are noticeable. We have also especially enjoyed becoming a member of the ATA "family". We feel very much at home with the staff and are always treated well. In addition to bikes, ATA carries the TACX Fortius trainers and Real Life Videos which have completely changed how we train in the off season. You absolutely should take a look at this technology and try them out at the store. Full review...
